Ana + Tim | Park City Mountain Resort Wedding

Last summer I was fortunate enough to second shoot a few weddings with Jacque of Jacque Lynn Photography. This particular one happened on a very rainy day. But luckily for these sweet lovebirds it only rained lightly before the ceremony, located on top of a mountain with the most amazing view. According to the bride herself it had been a dream of hers to be married surrounded by the mountains she grew up in.

Tim and Ana were so down to earth (even on their wedding day!) and yet so in love their smiles radiated everywhere! Meant to be happily married to each other!

Here are (many) of my favorites:

In case you are wondering, the guy farthest to the left is Matt Grevers. Yup.

One favorite moment during the ceremony was when some guest's umbrella blew away onto the bride and groom and Ana picked it up in laughter. She was such a good sport it made me think how lucky of a man Tim was.

Monday Marry Me:: DIY Bride and Groom Paper Bag Books

At last week's wedding, I thought it was the cutest thing that the bride made "get-to-know-us" books out of white paper bags.
Scrapbooky, informative, and a thoughtful addition to the table setting.
Filled with pictures, funny childhood stories and facts about the couple, it was a great way to tell their guests about their love story and about themselves.
PLUS, she used the insides of the paper bags to insert bookmarks with even more cute facts and photos about her and her groom, making it even more interactive.

So personal and simple to make, I might even suggest it as a delightful surprise gift to your loved one! ;)

{Christina & Jordan} The Reception

Moments always look better in black and white.
It immortalizes them,
Because over time colors fade away...

A wedding reception is made up of small tender, happy moments.

That's why (most) reception pictures--in my opinion--
Beg for black and white.

 Cutting the cake:

 Father Daughter Dance--so sweet!

Even the grandparents were on the dance floor--you can see how much love was in the air...
Lovely!
